The leisure centre has and open-air area next to the pool in the garden. We suggest you guys to bring your sun creams and all you need to enjoy the Italian sun!

 

The games will take place in a single, indoor, playing field: (18m x 13m) 1.90ish m deep.

They captain meeting has been scheduled at 9.00 a.m. (CONFIRMED)

The first match will START at 9.30 a.m. and we’ll be playing till 8.00 p.m. (CONFIRMED)

Let us know if someone has any problem to get to the pool in time so we’ll be able to put their matches off.

Anyway we beg you to be in time. The team who is not ready at the game start will be declared loser of the match.

 

The higher number of teams allowed to enter the tournament will be 16.

ALL THE TEAMS ARE IN!

 

IMP. To make you guys play as much as possible we’ve planned to play in 4 different rounds. Every match will be 10 minutes long.

Every team is ensured to play at least for an hour’s time.

 

The tournament fee has been fixed at 100 EURO (75 POUNDS) per team or 15 EURO per player.

 

Just to give a hand to all of you that unfortunately:

•              haven’t got any car to easily move through the city

•              have already booked their accommodations next to the previous swimming pool or anywhere far from the new pool

 

We are considering setting up a private minibus transport between your accommodation and the new pool.

Anyway we will provide you with the exhaustive information on the public transportation between yours and the leisure centre.

 

Please let us know your accommodation address so we can help you to get all the information you need.

 

PARTY:

Even though the pool is not in the centre of Florence we’ve found out a really nice place to get to after the tournament.

This pub is next to the leisure centre (same street) that means that you haven’t got to pick up your cars or return to your hotel and come back.

We’ll go there together straight away at the end of the tournament.

The prize-giving will be placed at the party.

How is this place and what are we going to eat?

There is a nice place outside to stay as well. We’ll probably eat there if we are allowed by the weather.

The MENU’ is the following:

·         Buffet food

·         Main course (composed by 2 different foods: probably pasta and risotto)

·         2 drinks each

Any of you is vegetarian?  Let me know for a special course.

 

Party price: 15 EURO.
